I’m a ICC coach and certified career advisor. I work also as a psychodynamic psychoterapist.  I worked for an international company for 12 years, at the HR Manager position directly reporting to CEO for 4 years. I had graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in international finance (2002) and in management (2003). I completed HR Management postgraduate studies (2008) and 1,5 years postgraduate studies in Career and Job Coaching (2011 – 2013). I was certified by International Coaching Community in 2013. Now I have been in the psychoanalitical training at the Instytut Analizy Grupowej Rasztów, Warsaw.
